Shahid Ghauri (International Manager)- GradDip BComm AssocDip

Shahid comes to our company with over 12 years experience in financial services, funds management and lecturing. He believes that agri-business will provide excellent returns to investors that use science, strategy and technology in their farming operations. Over the past 5 years Shahid has traveled around the globe working intensively with the best mango and avocado growers and shows our customers how to become professional and profitable.

Tyson Bennett (R&D Manager)- BComm

Tyson brings to our organisation with over 4 years of extensive R&D capabilities where he focuses on the various crops AuStar works on. Due to Tysons research he has also been able to bring success to the alternative fuel industry with his area of expertise being Jatropha where he is involved in accelerating the advancement of the industry. Tyson is also pursuing his Masters in agricultural studies.

Hassan Khalil (Asian & Middle East Marketing Manager) - MBA

Hassan graduated in the top of his year in his MBA course and he was recruited by us 4 years ago to manage the marketing and sales division for our Sub Continent & Middle Eastern markets. Hassan has traveled to Australia and has had the opportunity to learn about mango growing from some of the largest and successful mango farms in Darwin. He is now sharing his travel experiences and knowledge to improve the lives of growers in the Sub Continent & Middle East.

Agent - Hiram Ibarra (General Manager Corporate Affairs Mexico) - R. AgriAdmin Acc & Tax

Hiram believes in agri-business and has been monitoring the growth in Mexico's agriculture industry over the past few years. Hiram is passionate about providing growers with knowledge and access to AuStar to support increased yields and efficient commercialization of agri-business in Mexico. With a background in accounting & tax, he shares our beliefs that farmers need to act like businesses.
